    The software is terrible and the Bluetooth connectivity is frustrating coming from AirPods. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get something better.

      Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     Right earbud stopped working less than a Mo th after use. I bought them a couple of weeks before Christmas (they were a gift) and they are already showing as not returnable. Will not buy these again and sad that Best Buy gave such a short return time following Christmas.

      Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case.     Sound is cutting out every 30 seconds. I factory reset the earbuds 3 times and messed around with the settings and the issue persisted. I read multiple people have been having the issue even with the previous model. Very disappointed with the product!

    Doesn’t get really loud, started to static really bad in left ear bud. Waiting for replacement from jbl. So far it’s been two weeks
