Posted .Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. I bought them a couple of weeks before Christmas (they were a gift) and they are already showing as not returnable. Will not buy these again and sad that Best Buy gave such a short return time following Christmas.

First, to get the best audio response, create a tight seal in your ear by gently twisting the earbuds and angle the ear tip slightly downward. Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. If your need further assistance, please contact us.
Connectivity Issues

I factory reset the earbuds 3 times and messed around with the settings and the issue persisted. I read multiple people have been having the issue even with the previous model. Very disappointed with the product!

Decent but static
