Excellent product not disappointed at all!! Great sound quality light durable highly recommend getting a pair will not disappoint at all

Great sound and great battery life, BUT had to replace them after a month because the left ear bud stopped charging. I even tried cleaning the contacts on the ear buds and the ones in the case and still no luck. My replacements ended up developing the same problem but this time with the right ear bud a couple months after getting them.

High quality, clear calls. People i am talking to do not complain of background noise with these using my Samsung Android the way they did with my Apple Air Pods. Min to nil trouble with them falling out of my ears, which is typically a big problem for me.

Stays charged for 4 days of use and the case itself charges really fast the noice cancellation works better than AirPods in my opinion

I bought these when they went in sale so the price point was really good. These are my first set if earbuds so i csnt compare them to anything else. Quality is good and the sound is definitely there. Id recommend

For what I need, these are perfect. The ear fit isnsuperb, setup is a breeze, and they connect seemlessly. My only issue is that any sort of wind tends to have a negative impact on the sound, as it causes interference. My other JBL buds do not seem to have this issue. All in all, I recommend them as a mid level priced ear bud.

I gave these earbuds 2 stars because I really like the sound and the longevity of the charge however the left earbud fails all the time!!! This is so frustrating!! I turn bluetooth off and on, I unpair them but sometimes it fixes the problem but most often it does not.

I got these because I like JBL and they sound better than anything other buds I got before so that's the reason I get JBL

JBL delivers on premium sound consistently. These earbuds are comfortable for everyday, all day wear. I love them!

These have a nice quality sound and are easy to charge and pair with devices. However, I could find no instructions as to how to adjust the volume on the ear buds themselves. When I touch them while they are in my ears, all sorts of beeps happen, but I have no idea what settings the beeps are for. These are not for those looking for something to use right out of the box, so to speak. They take some playing around with to figure out. I still haven’t figured them out, but will keep trying. I am sure Best Buy can assist. :)

I absolutely love the JBL earbuds. They fit perfectly in my small ear holes. They are comfortable and easy to use.

Battery life lasts through three ten hour shifts before needing a charge. Also extremely durable and comfortable.
