Bad sound equalizer and poor reliability

Unfortunately the right side tends to drop off and not produce much in terms of volume. Many times the headphones have stopped working even though they’re completely charged. They’re comfortable but at I won’t be buying anything from JBL in terms of earbuds for a while. Im going to have to buy a different pair from another brand. Oh well…

To do it, double tap the right bud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds while they're out of the charging case, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. If the issue remains, please note that this product comes with a one-year warranty, you may contact our customer support via our official website or toll-free hotline.

I'm a little disappointed in the noise canceling aspect (it works okay, but not great), but everything else is top notch.
