    I was very happy with this purchase as I the sound quality is very good. However, after 15 months of light use and being well taken care of, all of a sudden one of the ear buds no longer holds a charge. I get about 5 minures of play before it dies

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.
