Seemed like the sound was blown out at anything above half volume. Maybe just a bad set. JBL never usually lets me down

Posted .Thank you for your feedback! We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. To ensure the headphones provide the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Please try the following steps in order:
Angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal.
Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear.
Continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.
It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that fits most comfortably.
Once you've done this a few times, it will become easy to do every time you put them in your ear. If this does not resolve the issue, our JBL Tune 235NC are compatible with our JBL Headphones app, which allows you to modify the equalizer settings to your preference. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support.

JBL best bang for the buck

Best $60 I've spent on earbuds. Sound is outstanding, even without messing with the app and the equalizer. I've made a few calls and I'm told they can't tell I'm using earbuds, the call is that clear. JBL has yet to fail me after buying other earbuds and 3 bluetooth speakers. All still work and sound great!!

Disconnects without prompts

This is so annoying. It does not last up to the 8 hours talk time as described on the box. Shaped in a form that does not allow easy removal from the charging box. Good sound quality Easy connect with phone but disconnects without your notice while on call.

Please try to perform a factory reset by tapping one of the earbuds twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Resetting your earbuds will wipe all previous settings and pairings. It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again If you need more help, you may reach out to our customer support for further assistance.
