Great but, too big for my ears!

Connection to the phone is weak most times. However buds cgarge easy and last quite a long time. If you want to listen to only music it is a good deal. Phone not ao much.

Posted .Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feel free to choose your preferred size of eartips that can fit in your ear as they are exchangeable. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. They started cutting in out as I was listening to music. I would recommend for a quick fix but not long term headphones.

I was surprised how good the stereo sound was, You can turn volume up or down, pause the music, go To previous track. One feature I like is being able to answer phone calls while listening to my music. I would recommend to anyone

Troublesome - spend more and get something else

Solution is to send it to JBL for a warranty replacement. Spend a little more and get better.
