    Not bad when they work, there's a reason JBL keeps discounting these due to their well known charging issue where one bud will not charge at all. Solution is to send it to JBL for a warranty replacement. Spend a little more and get better.

    Good if on sale. I get random disconnects while listening to music, apparently is a common issue with JBL Bluetooth, wish I knew beforehand.

    Worked fine for about seven months but now the left ear pod frequently will not sync up and when it does it only stays on for about 15 minutes. The right side earpod works just fine. I've now ordered the BEATS Studio earbuds and hope to have better luck with those.

    The ear pieces connected (to my iPhone) right away with no issues. The sound quality is very good (I am not an audiophile, so take that into account) and the app adds additional functionality to make the sound even better.

    Completely unusable unless your device is sitting still with direct line of sight to both earbuds. Picking my phone up, putting it in my pocket, or even flipping it over will make the earbuds cut out for 5+ seconds while the connection reacquires. Music/audiobooks chopped up to the point of being unlistenable. Do not waste your money.

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. We recommend connecting the earbuds to a different device to see if the issue remains. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the issue continues, please contact JBL Customer Support. JBL

    These earbuds always have trouble connecting to my devices, the right side will connect okay but the left side constantly has problems connecting. As of the last few days, they will not even charge in the case anymore. The case is not dirty on the inside, and the earbuds have very little use on them since they’ve been so hard to connect. Not satisfied with the product since they’ve broken under light use in a matter of 4 months since purchasing. The sound quality is good when it wants to connect, which is basically never. Would not recommend.

    One Earbud won’t stay charged

    I would love to give a better rating. I have been using for 8 months now and the sound is great but one of the ear buds won’t stay charged. I can listen for maybe an hour and it beeps to recharge. Very frustrating

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you. JBL
