I switched from skull candy due to those only lasting me 3-4 months before the sound would start going out slowly, even with their crusher wireless which are expensive and lasted till the warranty period ended. These have now made it a lil over 2 months and still sound amazing. Im hoping they last awhile if not this review will change to reflect that.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Good sound quality, but not quite loud enough

On an airplane you will struggle to hear dialogue if youre using it to watch shows/movies. Even with noise canceling on. Pairing with different different devices is challenging, not very easy to switch between phone/ipad

Posted .Our JBL Tune 235 NC automatically goes in pairing mode once removed from the case; it will connect with the last connected device. If you're having connectivity issues, we may need to try a factory reset. Double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again.
