JBL is great; but not these……

Had to return 3 pairs within the course of the one year warranty due to either the left or right bud not recharging. They ended up replacing them with a different set.

When using for phone calls, you can not hear the person (the one wearing them) because if there is any slight wind or any noise in the background, it'll be impossible to hear and understand. It got annoying so returned for another brand.

The earbuds pick up a lot of the after noise, but they are conducive to my ever day train ride.

And sometimes when i take it out of the case I can hear a person but they can't hear me the speaker part doesn't work I think I only had this for about a month. I'm a little disappointed
