Good but not great sound.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They are difficult to pair, have no volume control on the buds themselves, and can only be turned off by putting them back in the case or through the JBL app. Pay more money for better quality sound or less for simpler earbuds that dont require an app to turn them off. Returning as soon as the store opens.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your left earbud is charging, there may be a possibility that your earbuds are in Mono mode. We recommend manually pairing both earbuds together by putting both earbuds in the charging case. This should automatically pair the earbuds together. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

You cannot buy aftermarket larger silicone because they will no longer fit into charging case. I have spent more time pushing into ear and searching on ground when they fall out. Noise cancellation is non existent. Got these on deal of day for 30 bucks still got ripped off.

Posted .This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, the noise- canceling feature of these earbuds can only be activated while playing music. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.
Awful customer service

Warranty process is awful. Slow responses, dishonest reps, misinformation, poor documentation… nothing short of terrible.

Battery runs out fast for the left piece.

For our JBL Tune 235NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
