      Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case.     Right earbud stopped working less than a Mo th after use. I bought them a couple of weeks before Christmas (they were a gift) and they are already showing as not returnable. Will not buy these again and sad that Best Buy gave such a short return time following Christmas.
