Had some issues with connectivity to the JBL app and the right earbud, but nothing that would affect the way thwy work.

Can ONLY hear what she wants to

My mom loves to get immersed when shes listening to her stories, but in a family of 4 men + her, a house of sports enthusiasts + her, she needs as much immersion as possible. And she says these worked a charm.

The sound is amazing. I love the case that stores and charges them. They were on sale for black Friday, so I couldn't pass them up.

Left ear died less than 4 months. Get the warranty

They sound great but just like some of the reviews, the charger would not hold a charge and the left ear completely died. Right ear would just blink blue. Luckily still within the warranty period and jbl website support sent out a replacement. They upgraded me to the jbl live pro 2 tws. Much better design and sound even better!
