Great sound and more extras than I expected . The ap that you download is very helpful . I would recommend the JBL 230NC ear buds to anyone looking for a good quality set of earbuds at a good price.

Amazing earbuds

They were easy to put in & to remove. I had them for 3 days before someone else liked them so much, that they stolen them from my desk. Im waiting for another sale, so that I can purchase them again.

Bad sound equalizer and poor reliability

Unfortunately the right side tends to drop off and not produce much in terms of volume. Many times the headphones have stopped working even though they’re completely charged. They’re comfortable but at I won’t be buying anything from JBL in terms of earbuds for a while. Im going to have to buy a different pair from another brand. Oh well…

To do it, double tap the right bud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds while they're out of the charging case, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Not worth it.

After about a year they dont retain their charge the same and you gotta fidget around with the charging case to get them to actually start charging.

Waste of money - too many issues after 3 months

After a few months, I see why they were cheap. I will leave them plugged in all night and the left pod is always dead. They randomly connect to my phone even when they are in the case and it's closed. I was hoping for a reasonable alternative to AirPods and instead these are proving to be a waste of money after just 3 months. At least my expensive AirPods worked well for a couple of years.
