Posted .We appreciate your feedback. The two earpieces of your JBL Tune 235NC TWS should normally be connected together without issue. To manually pair them, first unpair your unit on your device. Second, take out both of the earbuds from the case. Pair them again to your device. If you need more help, please contact us.

Then they stopped working and decided to try these JBLs. I was blown away at the difference. I didn't know what I was missing.

Which also means any functions that use that headphone, such as virtual home control, are no longer accessible using the headphones. They were pretty good up until that point.
