Well made set of buds with excellent sound. I use them at the gym all of the time and I have never had any issues with them falling out while exercising. The sound is clear with the right highs and lows. Enjoy.

The audio is good and when I pickup a phone call, it's clear communication to the other end.

A most excellent piece of equipment dude! the only negative is that because I use them during work when i do my cutting with tile and wood even when i turn off the setting where it lets external sounds come thru it still crackles from such a loud noise which I cant figure out because im thinking its off but i guess its not but idk. I guess i could read the manual.

Great sound and outstanding performance in noise cancellation, comfortable to wear.

My first set of earbuds and I like them. Only downside so far is they aren't able to be used when snowblowing. The machine is too loud.

Have had absolutely no problems so far. Highly recommended in every aspect of what earphones should be .

To whom it may concern, These headphones were the worst purchase i made in years. I was very excited to try a product from such a trust worthy brand like JBL and happy to be supporting local best buys. However, These headphones never seems to to live up to the jbl name. Ever since I got them only one headphone would charge / work at a time never giving me the full effect of the noise canceling feature!? How am I suppose carry on with every day tasks with a faulty product like this one?! Not only did the product not work to its full potential but also delivered poor quality of sound including what sounded like a dog whistle in my ear!?, I never damaged this product and they are still in great condition, however the problem still seems to persist. Given that I purchased these items through a third party like best buy which I thought would be a trusted party to go through. Maybe you should have given me an option to secure myself some sort of warranty. I see on the website now that these headphones are on clearance, maybe its because many customers have this problems and I think you guys should send me some fresh headphones.

I bought these headphones for my mom who is not tech savvy. They are very easy to set up and straightforward to use. The different sizes of earpieces are useful. She has really liked them so far.
