    Nice ear piece but started giving problems after 5 months, wouldn't hold charge and then completely stop working after 7 months.

    I really loved the product. The way it fits perfectly in my ears and you also get a couple pairs of earbuds to customize your fit. The audio quality is really good and it does a good job in terms of noise cancelling. SHOULD BUY!

    The noise cancelling is minimum. I had a previous and cheaper version of this earbuds and the noise cancelling was better

    Great sound but unreliable. One of the earbuds usually hasn’t charged or wont turn on. Not worth the regular price. Purchase when on sale for half price.

      We're here to help you with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To manually connect, tap and hold the touch controls of both earbuds for 5 secs..     It worked very well (excellent sound, long lasting battery) and I was happy, but after two weeks the left unit stopped working.
