Disconnects without prompts

This is so annoying. It does not last up to the 8 hours talk time as described on the box. Shaped in a form that does not allow easy removal from the charging box. Good sound quality Easy connect with phone but disconnects without your notice while on call.

Please try to perform a factory reset by tapping one of the earbuds twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Resetting your earbuds will wipe all previous settings and pairings. It is also necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair again If you need more help, you may reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

He wanted the Ear pods but settled on these instead. Now that he has used them he likes these much better then the Ear pods that most of his friends bought. We just bought 2 more Pairs for our daughters.
