I couldn’t be happier with the sound quality. Easy connection

I like shopping at Best Buy. They have phones, laptops, TVs, headphones, and more. The store is clean and the workers are nice. If I don’t know something, they help me. I can also order online and pick it up fast. Prices are good, and they even match other stores. It’s a good place to buy tech stuff. Overall, it’s a solid option for electronics shopping, especially if you prefer to see products in person.

The sound quality and build quality of the earbuds is good too.the noise canceling is excellent. Being able to control and customize your equalizer in the app is a. Plus. The case on the over hand feels cheap to me. The lid pops open WAY too easily. Just from walking around the case opens on its own. Then the battery just drains. The ear buds do not stay in my ears(could be user error) I have tried the different sizes too doesn’t make a difference. At the end of the day I would put the away, and my phone will stay connected to them when they are in the case and will continue to play sound with case closed and everything.

I wish i would have gotten these before i got the airpod pros 2nd gen. The only pro the airpod pros have over these is the noise cancellation. However through the JBL app they send updates to improve these. So that alone beats anything the airpod pros of any gen have to offer.

For some reason they lose connectivity every 5 minutes for about 3-4 seconds and then reconnects in a different mode. It changes from Noise Cancelling to Ambient Noise to whatever else it has every time it reconnects,

I bought this product for my son. I didn’t expect much in terms of noise cancellation and sound quality. However, after receiving and using it, I found it to be much better than I had anticipated. My son cherished it, but unfortunately, he lost it at school after just a few days. I am now looking for an opportunity to purchase it again for him. I would definitely recommend it to others as well.

When I researched the JBL earbuds, I found out they were good quality earbuds. I dont like the way it fits into my ear. The other thing, siri announces the phone number instead of the name of the caller. By the time i recognize the number, it's a rap.

Got them on sale, so yes great deal. They sound better than my 1st generation Samsung's but cost way less. I like that they are IPX4 rating so I can take them kayak fishing and they still have a good chance they will survive and I don't have to worry about losing $100+ earbud. LOL. Haven't had any problems with it so far.
