I thought they would be great considering all other jbl products I own are amazing. However the moment I got these the volume is horrible. But I thought well just spent 90 bucks I’ll use em. Here I am less than a month from purchase and these cannot hold a charge. One will work the other will die. Purchase the cheap TJMAXX headphones before you ever get these.

On the bus, each gap the bus passes, the song is quikly interrupted and I don't think this is normal.

Got a new phone, oh look, no headphone jack. Then I found these JBL earbuds on sale. OK. Give them a try. They come in a nice little recharging case. Fairly easy to use. Sound is adequate. I use them mostly for watching tv when my wife is sleeping.

The ability to switch from noise canceling to ambient aware is a wonderful feature I didn’t know I needed. Great quality sound as well. I highly suggest downloading the app. you are able to change your ear bud tap functions as well as many other highly helpful features.

However, after 15 months of light use and being well taken care of, all of a sudden one of the ear buds no longer holds a charge. I get about 5 minures of play before it dies

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.
