It doesn't consistently turn on when I open the earbud case as it's supposed to. I have to close and reopen the case several times and hope it comes to life. As the old addage goes, you get what you pay for. I paid $50 for these, but I'll probably not get 2 months out of them. I'd be better off waiting for airpods 4

For our JBL Tune 235NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

So, now I have sets where the left one will not charge. These are total junk. Waste your money if you buy them!!

You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in a rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process of it. I can’t discern any noise cancellation at all. They ok until I’m in a noisy environment like the gym or walking next to a busy street. I haven’t tried others, perhaps I’m spoiled by my over the ear Bose headphones. I got these on sale
