Sounded wonky out of the box: Distortion, sound going in and out a bit. A week later, since I was hardly using them, I realize it’s the left speaker. It had a distinct static sound in the background, and was not stable. Barely caught the measly two week return period.

These are much better for what I was looking for originally with the other pair. I like the balance and the connection to the host unit is fast.

earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If you need more assistance, please contact customer support.

For our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
