    Skip the outrageous price for AirPods and get a pair of these. Honestly, better quality for half the price. The noise cancellation is the same quality if not better, especially since you have two options to control the level. Comfortable fit, and have not had an issue with battery life. My AirPods pro gave me all sorts of issues, glad I found these

    What i like about these is that there is a JBL app you can download that you can use to adjust the settings on these buds. The sound quality is pretty good and i like that you can adjust the different equalizer settings. Ive never had noise cancling ones before and what a difference it makes. I was wearing them while vacuming and i could barely even hear the load vacuum. My only conplaint is that they could be a tad bit loader.

    Work great ! Sound is amazing! Needed something for a trip out of the country and did not want to bring expensive ear buds. I purchased this set based on price but, more find myself yawing them on a regular basis. Sound, battery life and fit are excellent.

    Questionable and lacking

    This will be mostly criticism so I'll start with the positives. - Great microphone - Excellent battery life - Great Bluetooth connectivity distance - Great in-ear fit - Solid ANC The overall design is solid, but it's really lacking in other areas. Problem #1: The audio volume is in a very narrow band. If most earbuds go from 10-100% volume, these earbuds feel like they go from 30-80%. I can understand the high end volume being lower but the minimum volume is really too loud. You can change this slightly with the app audio settings but this also significantly decreased the maximum volume. Problem #2. Intermittent Bluetooth issues. Every so often the connection to the earbuds cut off for a half second. This happens roughly every 10 minutes when using the earbuds. It's most problematic when using both earbuds because when audio resumes about 25% of the time the audio between earbuds will not be synced properly. There will be a fractional delay from one ear to the other. This is unusable and requires you to turn off and reconnect the earbuds. Problem #3. This is the biggest issue and it seems like something that should have been figured out during testing. Whenever you first put in the earbuds, the noise cancelling mode defaults to full audio pass-through. It will go to this setting whenever you open and close the case too. But this setting is overly sensitive and will pick up far too much background noise to the point that you can't hear the audio playing. I get around this by using the touch setting, but you can only use one "category" of touch settings at a time, so if I'm electing to use the noise cancelling touch settings I can't use them for pause/play or other useful features. There's no way to change the default noise cancelling setting. I have also in the past had to open the app every time I put in the earbuds, but neither of these is a reasonable solution. This was an obvious issue to me within hours of purchasing these earbuds, so it's strange that it never got spotted beforehand. It's because of these issues (mainly the second two) that I'm replacing these earbuds.

    The small eat tip was not small enough. I had to end up getting AirPods Pro 2nd gen for the XS size.

    Individual headphones do not charge. At first I had a hard time getting the right headphone to charge. After playing around with it I got it to charge. The left headphone is now toast. It will not charge and will not play music. I bought these on 7/13/22 and they died 9/1/22.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the troubleshooting steps did not work, please contact our customer support. JBL

    do not work , can not turn on or sync with crombook. everytime some one is closed with this thing is trying to conect to the other phone or computer. dont like this earbuds. i been busy and do not have time to come back to the store to see if they can help.

    Have had these since July and they already don't work right. These are a waste of money. My second pair of jbl and neither pair works

    Quit working correctly after a week. Left one sounds super muffled but when you take noise cancellation latex off it works again. So the product is just not formed right I’d say

    Constant warble sound and couldnt get both to work simultaneously (using instructions online and youtube videos). Returned and got some Samsung buds instead.
