Good for audiobooks not so much for music.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are just okay. If you’re listening to a audiobook or podcast they work fine. However the sound is very trebly (little bass) when listening to music. But for the price, I guess you get what you paid for.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. We're here to help. For your JBL Tune 235NC TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Then, check the EQ settings and try turning it off or on. Lastly, try connecting it to other devices. If you need more help, please contact us.

Too Many Issues.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fit well right out of the box.Need to download a separate app to access settings. But left bud keeps dying. Frequent issues with connecting via bluetooth. Was looking to upgrade my old airpods at a not-apple price. You get what you pay for apparently. Returning ASAP.

Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, keep a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could interfere with the connection. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then manually pair them to your source device, this will help refresh the connection between devices. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

No bueno
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty disappointed, ordered in store yesterday for next day delivery at my house and they came in a ripped box. ANC seems non existent, when I turn it on and off I can't tell a difference. My $30 Anker sound core p30s were much louder, more features, more mics, and better noise cancelling. Will be returning these as they're twice the price and half the quality

Not good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, let me say I like JBL. Im very happy with my Xtreme 2 bluetooth speaker and I have the JBL Live Pro 2 earbuds. The Live Pro 2's sound fantastic with rich bass that reaches pretty deep in the frequency range, and the noise cancelling is great, so I naturally figured these Tune 235's would be a good cheaper option for my wife to wear at the beach. I was wrong. Even with a good fit in the ear, the sound quality from these earbuds is terrible. Bass response is garbage and the tinny highs make these sound very cheap. We returned for another set and tried them on multiple devices and they just don't sound good, even with the JBL app and EQ. I honestly won't know how there are so many good reviews for these. If you're into music and sound quality at all it's not difficult to tell these sound like tin cans. My wife doesn't get into audio like I do at all and when she first tried them she immediately said "These sound awful, are they supposed to sound like that? They sound cheap, I'm taking them back." I expected better from JBL when they advertise them as having deep bass ON THE BOX! Testing back to back with my Live Pro 2 earbuds, these Tune 235 are not even remotely close. What a let down. Save your pennies and get something better.

Good overall, need design upgrades.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid earphones for 6 months. Then the charging connectors wear out and you can’t use them anymore. This is the charging design for all JBL earphones. I have gone through plenty due to the charging connectors wearing out.

Good earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good earbuds, the battery last for awhile. The first time I charged the case was in a week. However, I wish it had more bass listening to my music. Overall, its good pair of earbuds and cost half the price of AirPods
