    battery life not so great. Seem to drain even when not in use and once charged don't last very long

    The JBL NC245s have a great sound and ANC for the price. The right earbud, with no exposure to any form of damage, sand, or water, died. It won't charge and it won't connect, it this happened with 20 day of purchase, just outside of Best Buys return window.

    Earbuds work fine on their own but can't get them to pair with the recommended app for options/features. It's difficult to get them in and out of the case.
