    Same on Best Buy for impacting a Christmas gift

    Completely horrible experience ordering online with home delivery. Best Buy “attempted” to deliver the ear buds to my home with no success and returned them back to the local store. NO tracking info was provided, NO attempt for re-delivery, NO notification of the situation. I went out to the Best Buy app to check my order status to find out the horrible situation. Called Best Buy support and received NO help on resolving the issue. If they would have recent the delivery with notification - this could have been a 5 star review. Shame on you Best Buy being the Grinch that stole Christmas. So disappointing based on past experiences. Thank you Amazon for coming to rescue save Christmas

    Only had them for 4 months and the case doesn't charge so now the ear buds don't charge..

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some steps that may fix the charging issue. Use a different charging cable, power adapter, and, while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Also, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If you need further assistance, Please contact us directly at (800) 336-4525. JBL

    The earbuds are average which is surprising since JBL is typically a good brand. The sound and noise cancellation is minimal at best. I am not sure why they are normally $110. I am glad I got them on sale otherwise I would have returned them.

    I thought they were great and then after only having them for a little under a month the left earbud completely stopped working for no reason. They weren't dropped, they weren't submerged in water, nothing. No excuse for this shoddy ear bud to break. Beyond dissatisfied with JBL, I expected much higher quality from their products.

    Would not pair with I-Phone but did with my MAC. Only problem was I wanted to use exclusively with IPhone.

    Terrible - downgrade from earlier versions Tune NC

    terrible sound - worse than the Tune 210 or any of the earlier ... thought it would be an upgrade over the earlier versions which I love ... no idea how these could be that bad

    Keeps connecting to bluetooth while stowed away

    Purchased 12/31/2025 and so far has worked GREAT for almost 4 weeks. All of a sudden my phone's bluetooth started connecting to it while both earbuds were in the case and closed. It became very annoying always constantly having to turn off my bluetooth. I'll be talking on my phone and sometimes it would connect to them. Will be returning them.

    These earbuds were great until they weren’t. The right earbud decided to stop charging and no matter how many times I try to clean it or fix the issue, it will not charge. It’s only been two weeks and I can only use one earbud. Waste a money, do not buy unless you only like using one earbud.

    Terrible. Bought them as a gift, they received them on 2/14 and writhing a day, the charging case would not charge the earbuds. We tried everything to get it to work including reaching out to JBL customer service. I’m outside of the return period so she’s stuck with them.

    The noise cancellation doesn’t work. I can still hear everything in the background. I wouldn’t have purchased them had I known that. Other than that they’re great for phone calls and everyday use.

    The sound quality was not good at all. And when I got a phone call I couldn’t even answer it. It would just go quiet when I answered. No sound at all. Overall very unhappy with them.

    If I could give these 0 stars I would because these headphones was horrible. The right side didn't charge after just 1 week. I didn't drop them or damage them in anyway. The charging case didn't keep it's charger. The NC feature didn't work. Go buy something else.

    Got it about a month ago and the Right earbud already won’t charge. Horrible quality product, I would look for something else if you value your money.

    I generally like JBL. Unfortunately the case on these earbuds stopped working after owning them for under a month. When they worked, they were fine, but now the case will not even light up when plugged in.
