Charging issues

I love the noise cancellation. Their battery life last a long time, but my issue is when I have to charge them. Keep in mind with in the first month from purchasing it my left earbud wouldn't charge in the case. I have to wiggle the earbud so it can start charging. I also can't move them cause they stop charging and now my right earbud has the same issue. My left stopped having the charging issue but my right is causing problems now. Oh and sometimes when my earbuds are in the case they turn on and connect to my phone.

I needed to reconnect to the case after going outside for a bit, but typically use on occasion and not super regularly. As a new user of earbuds generally, between install and use, all were really seamless for this rising geriatric millennial.

Improvement from 230NC

The 245 has improved this design and I have not encountered the same issues. Sound quality is great. No complaints
