They have excellent sound quality, case is great, and the app is incredibly helpful to customize the sound experience. Not to mention they are extremely affordable compared to other brands.

Solid, but definitely not perfect.

I use them for work, and will have them in for 8 hours a day while doing lots of moving and heavy labour. The reason for 4/5 is that, from my experience, sometimes they tend to have volume issues and/or touch control issues. The ones i have had are: One randomly being quieter than the other One randomly being really loud Touch controls activating with the slightest of contact whennit was not intended These issues, while annoying, are not major enough to stop me from using them. So i give them 4/5, because although they pretty good, theure not perfect either.

The lights on it are SO dang bright tho so if yoy plan on using these at night, expect to be blinded. Or, just consider it a Flashlight feature. Solid for the price, dont expect $100+ level of quality.

Awful delivery service

I would give zero stars if I could. I was very excited to receive package but their delivery system/driver could not find my address. Not very hard place to find right off 900s. Very disappointed with bestbuy will use Amazon everytime over them.
