    Battery on case sucks. It lasts about 3 days even when not in use so you gotta keep it charged. With that said the earbuds do last a while

    The JBL NC245s have a great sound and ANC for the price. The right earbud, with no exposure to any form of damage, sand, or water, died. It won't charge and it won't connect, it this happened with 20 day of purchase, just outside of Best Buys return window.

    These headphones are horrible, I want to return them but I can’t find the receipt, one day they work fine the next day they won’t charge up they go dead to fast or won’t connect

    Disappointed, thought these would have more volumn. Didn't think the noise Cancelling was that good either. The sale price was misleading, since other retailers were offering same price not on sale. Ive gotten better quality on $20 knock offs
