We adjust it, then when we go to put it on our head the slider slips and closes. We liked the sound quality for the price so we exchanged for another one. SAME PROBLEM! Poor quality control. Now I have a brand new headset with glue on it to keep the sliding adjuster in place because my son doesn't want to go back to the store a 3rd time. Stay away from this model.
