Don’t try to use it more than one Apple device

But I’ve just discovered after a year of using this exclusively with an iPhone that I can’t also use it on a MacBook over Bluetooth without forgetting it on the device I’m switching from AND a hard reset of the headset. That’s just horrible. I can walk into Walgreens and buy $20 earbuds that clear that very low bar. I won’t buy JBL again.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Tune 510BT does support multi-point connection, which allows you to connect to two devices simultaneously and switch between them. To switch the audio source, pause the music on the current device and play music on the second device. If one of the devices goes out of Bluetooth range or powers off, you may need to manually reconnect the remaining device. Also, if you want to disconnect the multi-point connection, you should select "forget this device" on your Bluetooth settings for both devices. If you're still experiencing issues after following these steps, you might want to check for firmware updates or contact us at (800) 336-4525 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

It could be cheaper. comfort is ok. makes a great gift for a kid it can withstand being tossed around.
