Huge mistake. They make the most god-awful crackling sounds when music is playing and anything loud is happening in the background. It makes listening to music of any genre incredibly unpleasant.

But i was using airpods pro and it should be better than air pods but it was not which actually disapoint me . Thats why i return it at the end.

With our JBL JBL Tune 660NC, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

The sound is strong as well. My only qualm is that the earpieces are small and tight, sitting on the ear rather than around, which hurts after a while. Would recommend this brand and type of headphone, but with a different ear piece.

This is a great product. I will buy a set for my daughter.

I got them because my youngest daughter has a higher pitch screech then Mariah Carey, so I’d say they work more like light earplugs than total cancellers.

Found these 660s had METAL between the strap and earpiece so bought them. HOWEVER the shaft going from front to back ACROSS the earpiece is STILL plastic and just broke after only a few months use. The right earpiece is now just hanging by its wires. And let's not mention the cover over the left earpiece came off a week or two ago. Sounded pretty good but cheaply made.
