Got a replacement new pair cause we had the total Geek Squad at Best Buy luckily by November 21 we were returning that new pair it was doing the same thing they gave us a full refund and we got Skullcandy and he’s very happy with that so far. Junk dont waste ur money!

I mainly needed wired headphones for my son for middle school to plug into his chrome book . There was not a very wide selection of wired headphones.

It sits on top of your ear instead of going all the way over. It’s a preference thing.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune 660NC is an On-Ear Headphone that has earpads that sit on top of your ears. You might want to check our JBL Live 660NC which is an Ove-Ear Headphone that has larger earpads that fit around your entire ear.

They are way too small and always end up hurting my ears. I can't wear them for more than an hour without pain. There is barely any padding. They don't cancel noise very well either. Go with a different brand. I regret buying these. Only pro I can think of is the battery life is super long.
