The ear peices are made for small ear or children’s ears. My husband wasn’t able to fit his ear into them. But i i was very happy with the studio sound and the bass. You can download the jbl headphone app to change the setting on the headphones. Very user friendly.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune 670NC. Bluetooth usually performs well up to 30 feet in ideal conditions. However, if it works well only within 10 feet, interference from walls or other devices is likely reducing the range. Sometimes, a Bluetooth connection can become interrupt. Please try unpairing your headphones from your source device. Then, manually pair them again. To enter pairing mode again, power off and hold the power button for 5 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
