Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our JBL Tune 670NC did not meet your expectations. We're here to assist. If the issue occurs as the volume is increased, but before reaching 90%, the louder volume coupled with frequencies that may have been boosted can cause this issue. If you are using an EQ (Equalizer) in the app or source device, please try turning it off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ off, the headphones are not damaged and the EQ settings need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and eventual damage. Also, try to connect a different source device to the headphones to determine if the problem is with the device or headphones. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
