Ear cups are too small. Not what i would expect from JBL. I also bought the Sony xm4’s, they fit and perform much better.

If you're using an equalizer from a music player settings or third-party app, please turn it off or set it to default. Please check whether the issue occurs in a certain connection via Bluetooth and by connecting it to a source with a 3.5mm audio cable. If the sound is low when the headphones are connected using the supplied audio cable, make sure that the cable is securely connected on both devices or use a different one if necessary. In addition, please try to unpair or forget the JBL Tune 760NC and initiate a factory reset by pressing both volume buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. Please note that resetting the headphones will remove their previous pairings and settings, and it will be necessary to pair them again to your devices. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

I was happy for first days but it started making squeaking sounds after two weeks. Also noise cancellation was not performing as competitors.

The bluetooth connecting and disconnecting is a bit annoying when you have multiple devices, but when you have just one it’s pretty easy. The charge does last a SUPER long time, that’s really great. They are a bit tight on my head after a while but I think that’s unavoidable in most headphones. The sound quality is nice but obviously not the best in the world. I would buy them if you got them on sale but I probably wouldn’t recommend paying the full price.

I'm not blown away by the sound quality, but it's a very good product for the price. The noise-cancelling makes a significant difference, and the battery life was excellent. I'm impressed by the bluetooth range as well.

It helps muffle the background noise from me and folks on calls have said they can't hear other people in the office. Can't for the life of me figure out how to do the bluetooth connection on my computer (it's probably my computer's fault), but have hooked up easily to my phone.

They work great and he's able to connect to a device and his phone simultaneously so he's able to complete training modules at work and tune out all of the other noise but still be able to take a phone call. Uses them while working on vehicles in the shop and while doing various things other tasks outdoors and no problems. Great sound quality
