They have always been somewhat hard to turn on, and now the power button has completely stopped working. The only positive thing I can say is that they are comfortable and do cancel noise.

Decent headphones, they do the job, but don't expect anything great. I've only had them for about 4 months and already the battery is clearly degraded. Sound is ok, better than some earbuds. Thats about it though. I also cant find these headphones in the JBL app either.

DOES not WORK WITH JBL APP!!!

BUT other JBL features that are APP controlled are NOT available (AND JBL calls these NEW, and their web site says all new headphones/buds are JBL App compatible (DECEPTION - Tune 660NC and Tune770NC are supported)). The feature I'm missing is the JBL EQ and then ability to change the NC function from the APP. I have other JBL Headphones, I expected these new headphones to support what I bought more than 2 years ago.

Faulty headphones

The noise canceling does not really work. I am going to return them and get something different. They were on sale for $99.00 but not worth it.

Try checking the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings as well as the balance control on your music player app commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Make sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to determine if the issue lies with the headphones or the initial device you paired them with. If you wish to return your JBL Tune 760NC, you have 30 days from the date of purchase.
