The sound quality is decent for the price but the noise cancellation is a complete joke. I could hear everything around me clearly with n/c on and music playing. The build feels extremely cheap as well. Definitely do not recommend.

Posted .We're here to help. This is not the kind of experience we want you to have with our JBL Tune 760NC. Please try connecting to other devices and see if it will work. Try to unpair and repair your phone to your headphone make sure to remove all the Bluetooth profiles on your phone first before connecting again. Lastly, perform a reset on your unit. With the headphones switched ON, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for more than 5 seconds. It is also necessary to remove or forget the headphones from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. If the issue remains, please contact JBL customer support.

They are wireless/bluetooth but they also come with an audio cable. However, this audio cable is not a standard-sized cable, so if you lose it, you are out of luck.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. This is due to the over-ear design for more isolated sound of the headphones. You can adjust the headband of your JBL Live 760NC before you can wear it so it will be much more comfortable for you to fit it on your head and ears. Please be also advised the AUX cable features a 2.5mm jack that connects to your headset, and the 3.5mm jack connects to your laptop. You can purchase this adapter directly from us but can only be purchased from third party resellers in case you misplaced it or it has been malfunctioned.

Doesnt cancel noise and the bass is a 1 out of 10. I think ill pay a little more and try out bose.
