Had these things and the left ear broke off, didnt even make it a month

Great sounding when they don't cut out. Unable to listen to movies or music without them cutting out. Tried everything suggested and finally had to return them

Definitely not noise-canceling. For what I purchased them for it was better to just get the ones that go directly into your ears.

Terribly uncomfortable, short headband (even when expanded to largest size) cuts into my head. I’m a medium sized woman. No way this would work for a man. Instructions are unclear. All buttons are black with black text (too hard to see) Have to download an app to make them work.

These over ear are the worst. There is popping going on in the right ear muff when listening to music. I thought it maybe be the type of music I was listening to so I changed genres same popping!

Didn’t work out of the box after charging all night, cheap quality and ear pieces were too small for my normal size ears

never got my package and they have no customer support and blocked me from filing a claim with ups, shop at b and h, the service is impeccable and its usually cheaper

I got these to replace a pair of Skull Candy headphones I had that the ear piece literally fell off of in 6 months of use. These are really great headphones. The noise cancelling is excellent. I love the sound quality! I listen to a lot of K-Pop and it all sounds great on these, so plenty of bass and rich mid tones. There is also an app with an equalizer so you can set it to your taste, and they will pair wit two devices! They look nice too, and fit my large head perfectly. Super happy with these.

Crap quality it’s not worth $5 much less $100 and I wouldn’t recommend this

Picked these up to have a set of bluetooth headphones with my phone. Got tired of wires. I have a pair of Sennheisers and these actually rival the sound quality of them. I was actually really surprised at just how good these are. The bass is thunderous and clear. Very little if any distortion on every type of music. Highly recpmmend if you’re looking for budget friendly hesdphones.

I am very happy with these headphones. The price was right, and the sound is amazing. I am also impressed with how long they hold a chage.

These headphones have great noise cancellation and the sound is pretty good as well. I wish there were more colors but for the price you can’t beat what you get!

JBL headphones with noise canceling recent purchase, best headset I've owned to date, would recommend to anyone liking a good quality headphone.

Not very loud or I dont know I’m not used to having my volume turned all the way up. The actual base and clarity is great. The noise canceling is perfect I will probably keep them for the price its a good buy

Would give this ZERO stars if possible. Purchased them on a Friday prior to leaving for a cruise. On Wednesday, during the cruise, they became nothing but a brick. Can turn them on - and they turn off immediately. Searched on JBL app and website for solutions. Changed cords, chargers, plugs, adapters, etc. (as instructed) and it did nothing. I know the cords and chargers were working because they were the same ones I was using to successfully charge other devices. Tried "factory reset", but it didn't work because the headphones won't stay on long enough to complete the reset. Super frustrating. Will be heading back to Best Buy later today in hopes they accept them on return. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

After a month of use, Wont Charge Or Stay On. Displays Battery Life At Half And It Would Randomly Turn Off .
