I live in Georgia and Was sending the item to Illinois I didn’t know there was a 15 day return or exchange.spoke with a representative that said she wrote a ticket and a manager would be calling me. This was March 5. I’ve been waiting for a call and did not get one but another representative said it wasn’t approved but I was wondering why I didn’t get a phone call. If you can, please help me resolve, this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I love the Adaptive noise canceling, especially if I am in public trying to do school work, like a Panera or a starbucks. The sound is fantastic, the price is great, and there's always deals on them. I don't believe you could get a better value anywhere else. And the big plus as they charge super super fast.

Jbl headphone review - broken within a week

I would love to try them again but I don't know if it's worth it to spend another 100 dollars on a product that will break. To be specific it was the noise cancelling that stopped working. Thats the only reason I bought these specific headphones and the fact is stopped working so quickly is extremely disappointing to me.
