I live in Georgia and Was sending the item to Illinois I didn’t know there was a 15 day return or exchange.spoke with a representative that said she wrote a ticket and a manager would be calling me. This was March 5. I’ve been waiting for a call and did not get one but another representative said it wasn’t approved but I was wondering why I didn’t get a phone call. If you can, please help me resolve, this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
