    Not very loud or I dont know I’m not used to having my volume turned all the way up. The actual base and clarity is great. The noise canceling is perfect I will probably keep them for the price its a good buy

    DON'T DO IT! STAY AWAY!!!!!

    Would give this ZERO stars if possible. Purchased them on a Friday prior to leaving for a cruise. On Wednesday, during the cruise, they became nothing but a brick. Can turn them on - and they turn off immediately. Searched on JBL app and website for solutions. Changed cords, chargers, plugs, adapters, etc. (as instructed) and it did nothing. I know the cords and chargers were working because they were the same ones I was using to successfully charge other devices. Tried "factory reset", but it didn't work because the headphones won't stay on long enough to complete the reset. Super frustrating. Will be heading back to Best Buy later today in hopes they accept them on return. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

      We appreciate your feedback with our JBL Tune 770NC, we recommend trying different charging cable and charging brick and letting it charge for an hour, if this does not resolve the issue and the unit keeps turning off immediately. We recommend contacting our customer support. JBL

    After a month of use, Wont Charge Or Stay On. Displays Battery Life At Half And It Would Randomly Turn Off .

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune 770NC, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
