    These were surprised Christmas gifts for my two girls. I bought two of them when they were on sale. They both like the ANC and they are over the ear compared to their old on ear headphones.

    JBL wireless headset was purchased an error. I live in Georgia and Was sending the item to Illinois I didn’t know there was a 15 day return or exchange.spoke with a representative that said she wrote a ticket and a manager would be calling me. This was March 5. I’ve been waiting for a call and did not get one but another representative said it wasn’t approved but I was wondering why I didn’t get a phone call. If you can, please help me resolve, this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

    Great sound. Noise cancelling works great while using chain saw, log splitter, operating tractor and other noisy equipment. Battery life is fantastic. I only wish I had bought sooner.
