Sound is pretty good and even givesa bit of bass. For the price it is a really good purchase. I use mine almost daily and they hold a really good charge.

The sound quality is nice and the bass is great but they will not stay in my ears. Ive changed the cushions to the different sizes and its the same.

Great Sound Quality. They stay in ear while running. Battery last a long time and dock power to charge again as well. Noise canceling works great for airplane noise and the 1 push disable noise canceling is great for flight attendant announcements. Bass not as much punch as i would have hoped but for the price still very good. I paid around 99 bucks when they were on sale. "ok" Google support for volume and other features works well when you need to be hands free like working in the yard with gloves on. It comes with a 6 in or so charger cable too! - USB to USB-C

Great sound quality and features for the price. Good iOS performance and integration. Noise cancelling isn’t the best, but it does work well. Not something that will isolate you, but enough to drown out background noise so you can focus or listen to music a little more clearly. iOS app is easy to use. Touch controls on the headset/earbuds are very responsive. I had better sound isolation with the Jabra headsets, but for the price the sound quality and ease of use helps the JBL to punch way above their initial look. Also helps that JBL is an American based company. While the hardware is made in China (what isn’t these days, and why is that bad?), the design and execution is great.

Great battery life and decent audio quality. A little difficult to install into your ear but overall decent choice. So far they're working and charging but JBL is known for charging issues on these style of earbuds

These things sound incredible!! I would give them five stars. My only issue with them is that they do not stay in my ears well. When i try to adjust them, i end up skipping songs and changing the noise cancelling option. Things like that. This happens even with minimal movement, such as walking. Other than that, i love them!!

These are officially my first Bluetooth earbuds because I recently bought an new phone that does not have headphone jack. An official upgrade after I switched from AT&T to Verizon. It has the JBL app I downloaded and I can change the settings. Turning the power off as well. Good thing the pack is rechargeable. Bass boost is my favorite sound effect.

These headphones are comfortable and easy to use, and have continued to work even when dropped. My only complaint is that they are not quite load enough for me at times without having the noise cancelling turned on. I also can't get them to connect to my work or personal laptops, even after chatting with support. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, I do wish I could try out the dual device connection.

Absolutely love them. Wear them everyday. Fast charging, lightweight, durable. Excellent battery life.

All an all, the headphones are fire. If you download the JBL app you can customize multiple settings. You can even switch modes like bass boost, noise canceling. I gave it four stars only because I wish they’d be a tad bit louder. Don’t get me wrong they’d be perfect for anyone else, I just prefer my music freakishly loud.

Forget the price-performance argument, these headphones are just great. Noise canceling and battery life are better than anything I’ve tested or used in the past

They sound great, for your house or if you are not moving much. I cannot use them to play sports because they fall out of my ears.

Great sound, great battery life. They fit very well and survive my rocky mountain bike adventures with never falling out!

Overall great sound. No issues connecting to my home computer, but my iPhone cannot seem to connect with them. Sound quality is very good though.

Good sound. Sometimes they don’t pair to my phone, especially if I only wear one side.

Currently wearing them right now.I’ve had these for a year or two and they worth every penny they’re easy to clean and fit in my ear like smooth action.The clarity is an easy 4 out 5 and the bass is always on point but not too much, I recommend them.
