Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Buds, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Unfortunately, this pair has not lived to expectation of staying put in your ears, even after trying the different sets of earbuds. Additionally, today marks 30-days since my purchase and one of the speakers has started to malfunction.

These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. And they are very sensitive to the touch so sometimes my audio would keep playing even though they were not in my ears. I am glad I got them on sale because I don’t believe they are worth full price.
