    I got these for my husband but they stop working properly after a month so I had to return them, good thing I purchased apple care protection it was an easy exchange

    The sound is good but the sensors are very sensitive to touch. So if you have to adjust them the sound stops or creates another task.

    They dont stay in place, ive treid changing the gummies and they keep falling out. The say that thwre active but they always fall out when im working or moving to much.

      For your JBL Tune Buds TWS to give you the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.
