Posted .We're here to help you with your JBL Tune Buds. You may choose your preferred size of eartips that will fit your ears. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. I got them on sale, dirt cheap. 35 dollars after rewards. If i had paid even close to full price, I wouldn't be ok with them

Great brand, not good product

Unfortunately, this pair has not lived to expectation of staying put in your ears, even after trying the different sets of earbuds. Additionally, today marks 30-days since my purchase and one of the speakers has started to malfunction.

These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Buds, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.
