    These earbuds kept falling out of my ears. I even tried the small and the medium and large ear pcs none of them worked. I would not recommend.

    Fall out of your ears I changed the rubber tips to all sizes and none worked.

    App is not user friendly they are ear buds and do their job but nothing significant to write about.

    Their precious designs are much better. ANC here is a joke. You are better off spending a few extra dollars for a major namebrand.

      Thanks for your feedback with our JBL Tune Buds. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. JBL

    The noise cancelling is not good at all. If the wind is blowing then the person on the other end cannot hear the other person. I would not buy these again.

    Doesn't fit my ears

    I tried all 3 sizes of ear tips and could not get the earbuds to stay in my ear for more than 5 minutes.

    Worked good for about 2 months than the device would unpair at random times trying to pair them back everytime is a drain. Don't waste your time

First, make sure that the earbuds and device are within 10 feet from each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. You may also try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly, reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds.     Sound and noise reduction are acceptable. After two months, right bud barely emits and sound.

Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris.       Please ensure a clear line of sight to avoid interruption. You may also shut down unused Bluetooth devices away from other sources of wireless signals that could overlap your connection, such as Wi-Fi signals from Wi-Fi routers.     Great sound once you change the ear pads

    The noise canceling and sound representation are really good. The only problem is the ear pads are too short and cause them to fall out. Once replaced with longer ones for $5 they work great, but the must be removed to charge. Good battery life.

    Already a fan of JBL products I bought these about a month ago. I use them at the gym for a few hrs every week. I typically listen at full volume with noise canceling on. So far I've only had to charge them 1 time. The sound quality is clear with no distortion and good base. Chose these because they were in the middle as far as driver size and battery life.

    Incredible audio quality for both listening to music and making calls. They tend to fall out of the ear but ear shapes differ. Excellent ear buds!
