They are very uncomfortable, and they keep falling out. If you only use one of them, the ambient sound is not canceled, and when you have both of them on, and you take one off, the sound it makes hurts. Overall, it made me angry me to use them, and the person on the other end too! The noise where I was at would be amplified when on a call. -5 stars if I could

Noise cancelling is not very good at all and the slightest tough of the buds changes whatever is controlled by that particular side, even if you are just adjusting them to fit back in your ear. Not very good and I would not recommend these.

I am infamous for losing one earbud, and that finally happened. Not too long after that, the one earbud I still have will not charge. I have to use my older version case to charge my earbud.

Low sound the top opens to easily

Used them at the gym with the right gels to fit my ears. The sound is way low even with the sound turned all the way up and the noise cancelling on. The top opens easily snd one of the buds fell out in my pocket. Needless to say i will be returning them tomorrow.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.
