I had these headphones for a little over a year. They handled everything I needed them during that time, until they didn't. First, one side simply just gave out. And then, a couple of weeks later, the other side gave out. No idea why they just stopped working, but they were good while they lasted.

Great sound and battery life. The only annoying thing is they need the JBL app to get full advertised features.

The quality and sound for the product were excellent. However, given multiple sizes of ear piece, none were comfortable fits.

I have had all kinds of earbuds. I use mine all of the time. My husband is a truck driver and we are constantly talking. These have by far been the best. I have had samsung galaxy buds, ipod buds and other brands. JBL is my fav.

I like how loud and clear they sound. The sound is nit muffled at all.

Bought theses JBL buds for my 14yo daughter after hers went bad. Extremely good sound and too many features to count. Very nice quality. Best Buy had them ready to pickup when i got there. Great transaction!

I love them, they are so much better than the iPhone earbuds. They fix in my ears, plus the noise is cancel out, notifications of amber alerts , when I have them in my ears. I’m a happy camper. Thank w

Have great sound and comes with a free downloadable app that has settings for the ear buds. The different sizes for the rubber buds helps alot.

Bought these for my nephew for Christmas. He says they work great and sound excellent.

Got these as a gift to my father, seeking an alternative to Airpod Pros which I own and love. He seemed extremely happy with their comfort (biggest concern) and the features and sound seem great for him.

Loved the sound quality, however even with large inserts they kept falling out.

I’ve had them for 1 year and used them every day and till this day they are still in good condition!

Works very well and sound quality its perfect for my needs. Noise canceling works very well and the pass through is pretty awesome. I can head things that are very far way. Kinda fun to mess with.

the quality of JBL comes through in these buds and make for a very cost effective alternative to higher priced ear buds.
