To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Horrible fit

I really tried to give these the benefit of the doubt, but the sound quality is incredibly average and they fit horribly. Everytime i workout with these in, they fall out or feel like they are about to fall out. Very distracting earbud. Whoever designed this wasnt a very intuitive person and i pray to god they never design an earbud again.

The sound is very high pitched. It falls constantly from the ear. If barely touch the piece to adjust in your ear and cancel the “noise cancel” (what is bad) or stop what are you hearing. I don’t know how there are people that give this more than 1 star. Perhaps you don’t know a quality equipment. I do not recommend to anyone this thing.

We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tapping both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I got them on sale, dirt cheap. 35 dollars after rewards. If i had paid even close to full price, I wouldn't be ok with them
